Responsibilities :


  • Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.
  • Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications and exp.
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.
  • Maintain effective relationship with on-projects candidates & potential candidates
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates.
  • Must have a proven track record of recruiting and retaining candidates.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills are among the best. Able to make a positive first impression.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates.
  • Prior IT recruiting experience is an ADD ON.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Should be A Team player
  • Able to work under pressure situations

SALES

ELIGIBLE STREAMS : MBA (2013/12 Batch)

Responsibilities :


  • Collaborate with clients to own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout recruiting process.
  • Maintain effective vendor relation and Vendor Management System.
  • Maintain effective relationship with on-projects candidates & potential candidates
  • Effectively sell candidates and close open IT positions.
  • The Ideal candidate must be:
  • Good communication skills
  • Should be Team Player
  • Very positive and having can do Attitude and Zeal to learn and fire to adapt.
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work the hours that success demands
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills are among the best.
  • Able to make a positive first impression.

  • Must have a GREAT attitude and Out of the box thinking.

Mandatory Documents to carry :


  • 2 Hard copy of Resume.
  • Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and 12th. (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
  • Mark Sheets (All Semester) and Diploma, Degree certificates of Graduation.
