Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test, EAMCET – 2014 will be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) for entry into the first year of the following Under Graduate Professional courses offered for the academic year 2014-2015 in the University and Private unaided and affiliated Professional colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates should be of Indian Nationality. Persons of India Origin (PIO), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders are allowed provided they meet the specified criteria.
- The candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy the Local or Non-Local status – as per the requirements of the Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions order, 1974.
- The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as the main subjects along with the Bio-Technology or Chemistry or Biology as the optional subjects.
- The Candidate should obtain a minimum of 45% in 10+2 or its equivalent.
EAMCET 2014 Exam Pattern :
- EAMCET 2014 exam will have of 160 questions in total from which
- 80 - Mathematics,
- 40 - Chemistry
- 40 - Physics.
- Each question will be of one mark.
- All the questions will be of objective type.

- The candidate can apply for the exam through online mode.
- The online submission of EAMCET 2014 application forms will start from February 20, 2014.
