Qualification : BE / B. Tech
Experience : Fresher
Candidate Profile :
- The candidate should be BE / B. Tech graduate
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have 55% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
- 2013 pass outs only
Note :
- Selected candidates will undergo best-in-class customized training program structured by Microland and conducted by Peoplelogic Business Solutions Pvt ltd
- For a period of 60 training days on topics like campus to corporate, Soft skills, Server administration, Virtualization using VMware, Networking, Messaging systems etc.
Selection Process :
- Selection by Peoplelogic - Basic Aptitude, Tech fundamentals, Interview/GD
- Selection by Microland – Interview (Communication and Technical) and HR Interview
- Final Assessment by Microland after completion of training
