Candidate Pre-requisites Required :
- Preference for Experience in the ATM Industry.
- Must have knowledge of vendor management and customer interaction.
- NON Relevant Experience or Freshers must have good communication (English Speaking Candidates) and co-ordination skills.
- Excellent Ms Word and Excel Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to Liaison with Customers and Vendors effectively to achieve Business Goals.
- Ability to Drive Operations in a Management Driven and Pressurizing environment.
- Good Customer Relationship and People management skills
- Must Exhibit Professionalism at all times and Good Leadership Qualities.
Work Role Requirements :
- Working in the Night Shift is a Mandate for Male candidates.
- 6 Days working is a Mandate.
- Willing to extend working in shifts (Working hours will not be defined may exceed to 12hrs a day sometimes)
- Willing to work in Rotational shifts
- Be able to Multi-task and also liaison internally with other departments (eg: IT, Quality, etc..) teams.
- Will Not be on the Pay Roll of Tata Communications until confirmation and adequate Performance Appraisals from the Reporting Manager.
