Responsibilities

The Application Support Engineer (ASE) is an entry level position in the Engineering Development Group within the Technical Support Department of MathWorks India. An ASE’s job is divided into two central responsibilities – Application Support and Collaborative Project Work, which provides you with a variety of skills, practical experience and career advancement:

• Application support - Involves providing appropriate solutions to customer reported issues in a wide spectrum of products (MATLAB & Simulink product lines), applications and industries. In addition, you act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to our development organization on customer needs, thus enabling continuous improvement of our product lines.
• Collaborative Project Work -Is a career advancement tool available to you where you can discover your professional interests and goals through a variety of projects with multiple departments.
