  • To perform a variety of post assessment tasks and processes, such as perform pre-checks as specified, prepare documents, progress draw requests, partial discharges, account maintenance functions, handling customer phone enquiries and other tasks in relation to the resolution of customer requests

As the role suggests you will be responsible in managing customer Complaints, TAT
Productivity, Cross Training, Attendance, updating Trackers and Dashboard, ANZ Values

Skills, Knowledge & Experience :

  • Excellent Oral & written Communication and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Flexible to work in shifts
  • From the finance and accounting background
  • Collaboration within the team and onshore contacts
  • Ability to assess requirements to manage SLA’s
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Results focused with an attention to detail. Motivated and possess a "can-do-it" attitude
  • We are looking out for candidates from 0-11 months of experience only
