Challenge :
Design & implement software solutions in healthcare domain leveraging data analytics techniques, tools, methodologies
Responsibility & Key Result Areas
Projects :
- Design & develop software service/product/solution
- Preparing preliminary estimates for work schedule
- Is responsible for key functional and non-functional aspects in the project
- Contributing to SRS for complex modules/SDS/Architecture documents/Test strategy for the key modules
- Supports project management in effort estimation by defining and estimating work-break-downs and supports in defining task specifications towards a team of engineers
- Review work products and ensure the quality of deliverables
Role Competency :
- Rapid prototyping experience in design, deployment of software service solutions based on data analytics & leveraging cloud & related technologies
- Excellent experience in Cloud computing, SaaS, SOA, Application support services,
- Experience in System of systems design and architecture
- Data and knowledge acquisition and management (KAM) including data models, relational algebra, database design, rules, ontologies
- Tool design and development
- Excellent understanding of & hands on experience in:
- Application of Optimization theory, linear/nonlinear/integer programming, large-scale optimization, multi domain optimization, decision theory
- Probability theory which includes PDF estimation, scenario analysis, what-if analysis, expectation, confidence factor estimation, actuarial sciences…
- Statistics theory which includes stochastic processes, Markov processes, regression analysis…
- Machine learning and data mining theory which includes classification, learning, reasoning, prediction, pattern detection, intelligence…
- Other relevant applied mathematics areas such as graph theory (used in social network analysis), numerical analysis
- Excellent architecture, design skills, Abstraction and analytical skills
- Capable of decomposing complex problems
- Hands on experience in designing & implementing Web Services, Cloud, COM, mobility based solution definition, deployment
- Exposure to C# .NET, WCF, WPF, HTML5,Java, Enterprise architecture along with exposure to database design
- Has breadth of knowledge i.e., how decisions in one functionality will impact another functionality
- Knowledge of the underlying technical and non-technical reasons for introducing architectures in the software process
- Deep appreciation of software engineering principles - especially software services proposition
- Healthcare industry related experience such as workflow designs, Healthcare IT solutions, healthcare regulations, equipment knowledge will be good to have
