JOB DETAILS:
Mandatory:
o 4 to 6 years experience in Solution Manager
o Should have good knowledge of the Areas of Solution Manager like Solution Implementation, Template Management, Solution Documentation, RBPD, ChaRM, Incident Management
o Should have good knowledge of different roadmaps in the SAP Solution Management area
o Should be able to independently configure the Solution Manager for application usage
o Should be able to guide team of consultants in the Solution Manager area.
o Should have experience of atleast one implementation project using Solution Manager through Design, Build, Test activity.
o Should have experience of atleast one production support project in Solution Manager using the Incident Management Process of Solution Manager or any integrated tool with SAP Solution Manager
o Should have basic understanding of the BASIS & RFC flows between Solution Manager & other managed systems
o Should have experience in client interactions to understand their requirement and must be able to draft the Functional Specification.
