Job Title : Intern PAD
Overview :
Location :
Gummidipundi (but travel acroos India will be required)
Position Objective :
Implement and commission all Kemin SMARTBox On Line
Responsibilities :
Calibration of SMARTBox On Line system with each of the customer feed recipes and cross check against with the lab analysis data.
Interface Kemin SMARTBox with customer batching system.
Commissioning all On Line system at customer location.
Periodical calibration and monitoring the performance of system.
Working Environment :
Out of Office – 80% of work at customer location to implement the SMARTBox On line projects and Special purpose machineries
At Factory - 20% of work to support the team in developing new systems and system logics
Qualifications:
Basic Qualification :
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Mechatronics
Additional Qualification :
Post graduate diploma in Industrial Automation / PG Diploma in Process Automation .
Knowledge in PLC programming, SCADA, DCS, VFD,MMI and Electric diagrams.
