• i) The candidates will be imparted suitable training in the mines for a period of 1 year to acquire statutory certificates and possess related knowledge. 
• ii) On satisfactory completion of one year training and submission of valid Overman Certificate of competency, Gas Testing and First Aid Certificates and on passing departmental test, they will be appointed as Mining Sirdar/Shotfirer in Tech.& Sup. Gr.C. iii) On satisfactory completion of five years as Mining Sirdar / Shotfirer in T&S Gr. C, they will be appointed as Overman Tech. & Sup. Gr. B.

7. ASSISTANT FOREMAN TRAINEE (MECHANICAL) (MEN ONLY)
