Minimum Qualification :

Management Trainee (Technical) 

• Degree in Engineering(full time)with 65% marks (average of all semesters), in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics&Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil,Computer Science, Mining or Chemical Engineering. 
• 55% for SC/ST/PWD
• For Computer Science discipline, MCA (3 years full time)with 65% marks (average of all semesters) are also eligible.
• 50% for SC/ST/PWD 

Management Trainee (Administration)

• For HR, Marketing and Materials : 
• Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks (average of all subjects of all years)with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marksin Human Resources/Personnel Management&Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/Operations/Materials/Logistics/Supply Chain Management for Materials discipline.

Training & Probation :

Candidates selected for the above posts will be required to undergo, on the job training, for a period of 02 (two) years. On successful completion of two year’s training period they shall be regularized in S-3 grade and shall be placed under probation of 01 year.
Consolidated Pay during training period :
During training period, a consolidated pay of 10,700/- p.m. during 1st year and 12,200/- p.m. during 2nd year will be paid. In addition, they shall be entitled for medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children and Company accommodation as per availability. After successful completion of two year’s training period, candidates will be regularized in the regular grade/ pay scale of 9160-3%-13150/- (S-3).
