ABOUT THE ROLE :Your typical day
- Your shift will start at 6.00 AM and end around 3.00 PM
- You will be providing global class chat support for the first half of your day
- You will be trained to write articles and content for one of the oldest websites in India. This will be your second half of the day.
- Your work location will be Alwarpet, Chennai
JOB TIMING : Day Shift - 6.00 AM to 3.00 PM
LEAVE POLICY : Weekend off
TRAINING and JOINING :
Training with stipend will be provided for selected candidates.
SALARY AND BENEFITS :
- 1.60 to 2.0 lakhs CTC p.a
- Performance Based Incentives (up to 30% CTC) + Food Subsidy + Statutory Benefits.
- Stipend will be provided during training period.

Education :
- Clean English language Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Disciplined and professional
- Good with content writing and reporting
- Ability to Multi Task
- Knowledge of customer service
- At least 2 years visibility in the job
- Not from a technical support background
- Preferably not an Engineer, MCA, MBA
