Technical Skills Required :

1. Experience with ENOVIA V6 (any version) or eMatrix 10.7 or eMatrix 10.8
• Java, JSP, JPO development in the ENOVIA/eMatrix environment
• TCL and MQL scripting
• Development with Configurable Components (UI3, triggers, policies)
• Experience with two or more of the following:
• Engineering Central
• Engineering Variant Configuration Central
• Requirements Central
• Program Central
• Library Central
• A&D Accelerator
• PLBOM or xBOM for Manufacturing
• Simulia/SLM
• Experience with Source Control (SVN preferred)
• Experience with a ticket-management system (Jira preferred; Fogbugz, Bugzilla, Mantis, etc.)
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Evidence of prior success in an outsourced/offshore development project or process
4. Experience developing technical specifications and solutions from functional specifications.
5. Skills Preferred:
• Database and Performance optimization, especially in the ENOVIA enviroment
• Oracle, programming or DBA work preferred
• Automated testing, especially in the ENOVIA enviroment
• Continuous integration
• Experience with CAD
• Experience with ERP or MES Systems or system integrations (SAP ECC, SAP CAMS, Visiprise)
• (Any required or preferred skill from the CATIA developer profile)
• ENOVIA administration background

Job Description :

• Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
• Reproduce customer issue in-house, this will require recreating the customer environment in-house.
• Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies if available.
• Submit and track issue with Development Team
• Validate Solutions provided by development team
• Coordinate communications between yourself, development team, and the customer
• Organize calls with customer to converge upon a resolutions
• Coordinate efforts with R&D and other DS teams to meet customers targets
• Manage defect communications between Dassault Systemes Support & the customer

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile engineering

• 0 to 3 years experience in CAD domain. PLM knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good English communications skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills
