Educational Qualifications : 

Candidates must have B.E/Btech Degree from the recognized University

Age Limit : 

• Upper Age Limit 
• 37 years for the Post code 1
• 34 years for post code 2
• 30 years for post code 3. 
• Age Relaxation applicable as per government rules

Pay Scale :

• For Post 1: Rs.32,900-58,000/
• For Posts: Rs.29,100-54,500/
• For Posts 3: Rs.24,900-50,500/-

Selection Process : 

Selection Process will involve Physical Endurance Test, Group Discussions and/ or interview before the Selection Committe.

Qualification : 

Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with minimum 65 % marks

Application Fee :

Candidates belonging to General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a non‐refundable application fees of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited payable at New Delhi. The Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the fee once paid will not be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future exam/ selection.

SC/ ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees. GAIL is looking for committed, vibrant and passionate young Graduate Engineers for filling up Discipline & Category wise projected vacancies of Executive Trainees as indicated below

                            

Qualification : 

Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile, Electrical / Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics, Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 65 % Marks. 

SELECTION PROCESS AND HOW TO APPLY:

GAIL will be utilizing Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering – 2013 scores (GATE-2013 – Scores) for recruitment of Executive Trainees in the above disciplines during the year 2013.

Based on the GATE-2013 score and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview for the position of Executive Trainees in the above disciplines. Please note that only GATE-2013 score is valid for this recruitment exercise. GATE score of 2012 or prior to that is not valid.

The candidates will receive their GATE-2013 Registration number printed on the admit card. On receipt/downloading of GATE- 2013 Admit card with registration number, candidates will have to separately apply online in GAIL indicating their GATE-2013 Registration Number on the career section of GAIL website (www.gailonline.com). For this purpose, the relevant link will be made available from 11.12.2012 to 18.01.2013 in the career section of our website www.gailonline.com. It may be noted that application without valid GATE-2013 registration number will be rejected.
