- The selection of candidates will be done through GRADUATE ENGINEER RECRUITMENT TEST-2013(GERT-2013), a state level examination consisting of two stages.
- First stage is a Three hours written examination and second stage will consist of Group Discussion and Personal Interview, only for those who qualify written.
- Total Number of candidates selected for GD & Personal Interview will be Six times the total Numbers of Vacancies Available.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
- For the candidates who appeared in GERT 2013(PAPER BASED/OFFLINE), on 17th March 2013 and 24th March 2013 their result will be announced on 19-05-2013.
- Interviews for these candidates will start from 14-06-2013.
- For the candidates who opted test centre as Bhubaneshwer, Kolkata and Hyderabad and their exam was scheduled at ALLAHABAD on 31st March 2013 is CANCELLED as many candidates from these cities were unwilling to travel to ALLAHABAD to write the test. Instead for these candidates ONLINE GERT will be held , in their own cities on 07/06/2013 .
- Details will be available soon , if FOR SOME REASON A CANDIDATE DOES NOT GET ADMIT CARD he/she can reach their specified exam centre with a valid identity card and they will be allowed to write the exam.
- To repeat again , online GERT will be conducted in BHUBANESHWER, KOLKATA and HYDERABAD on 07/06/2013 in hence candidates should not travel to ALLAHABAD to write the test on 31st March 2013.
- For the candidates whose exam centre is ALLAHABAD they can write online test on 07/06/2013 in Allahabad.Details will be made available soon.
- RESULT FOR ONLINE GERT WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON 10-06-2013.
- INTERVIEWS WILL START FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FROM 14-06-2013.
- For the candidates who missed their exam on 24th March due to rescheduling from NOIDA to MEERUT can appear in online GERT Test on 07/06/2013 in DELHI.
PATTERN OF ONLINE GERT
- The online GERT 2013 will be a three hour exam , which will be completely objective in nature and allowing the use of simple calculator.
