2. 50% in UG/PG – upto 6th Semester aggregate
3. CGPA to be converted to percentage to meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Maximum of 2 standing arrears allowed
5. Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts on rotation.
6. Selected candidates will join as Technical Support Officer-for voice Process.

Job Location : Pan India but depends on the choice of the candidates.
Salary : 1.8 LPA INR to 2.1 LPA INR
Desired Candidate Profile :
Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts. Basic Desktop and computer knowledge. Possess good organizational and time management skills. Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers. Exhibit strong teamwork. Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills. Attentive listener. Ability to use common courtesies. Confident while communicating.

Required Documents :
- Students are informed to carry all the mandatory documents like one hard copy of resume, one Passport size photograph and college ID card
- All the students should appear for interview in formal dress.
- Venue: Students will have to report themselves at the helpdesk at APIIT SD INDIA workshop and will register their presence. There onwards they would be directed for further proceedings. Only students registered on APIIT SD INDIA website and carrying HALL ticket with them will be entertained at the help desk..
