Responsibilities :


  • Analyze, design and implement different modular components as per business and technical needs.
  • Work on both server-side and UI-side modules.
  • Work with architects, systems analysts, project managers, QA and other developers to successfully implement business requirements.
  • Work with cross functional teams, such as QA team, Development, IT to drive better engineering solutions and maintain existing products.
  • Author functional specifications and design documents
  • Initiate to ensure on-schedule delivery and provide mentoring to fellow team members
  • Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes
  • Communicate solutions and ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

Required skills :


  • BE/MSc in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • In-depth experience in core J2EE technologies and frameworks.
  • In-depth experience in Web 2.0 technologies
  • Experience in working with relational database such as Oracle, mySql.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and personal/interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Highly detail-oriented and excellent time management.
  • Passion in developing/programming and debugging commercial grade software.

Desired skills :


  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, REST methodology and different open source third party tools.
  • Familiarity with open source frameworks such as Hudson, JUNIT, Eclipse.
