Job Title : Technical Support Engineer 

Job Description : 

The candidate should provide Technical Support to enterprise customers of Concentrix on identified areas like, Operating System, Network Support, and Server related issues.

Salary Package : 

2 Lacs per annum and No Bond involved

Eligibility Criteria : 

  • 2013 / 2012 pass out All Engineering Stream with 60% and above
  • Candidate should have taken NAC-Tech test in 2012 / 2011; preference would be given to candidates with higher score on Verbal Ability
  • In case candidate has not taken NAC-Tech, He / She should register on or before 13th April 2013, Saturday to attend the interview on 16th April 2013, Tuesday.

Skill Set Required :

Candidate with basic knowledge on Operating System, Network and Server related operations would be preferred. Excellent communication skills and analytical skills are required.

Further to getting shortlisted the candidate should undergo Technical training for a period of about 4weeks with the identified training vendor of Concentrix in Chennai, on their own cost. Upon completion of the training they would be on boarded to the project immediately.
