Job Responsibilities :
- Handling local support calls.
- Conduct dealer engineers training of respective areas. Coordinating with core support team for faster solution.
- He will be also responsible for giving pre sales demo of UTM product and corporate products in coordination with sales team.
- May require to give technical presentations on pubic platforms as and when required.
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Communication skills, both written & oral
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Should be able to handle team of engineers.
- Strong knowledge of Operating systems & Networking is must.
