Job Title : Process Executive (voice)
Required skills :
- Should be Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be willing to work in a voice process
Responsibilities :
- Working as customer support associate voice process
- Would be handling inbound and outbound calls
Shift :
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Qualification :
- Any Graduate (min. 15 years education)
- Candidates with BE/ B.Tech degree with less than 60% are also eligible
Experience :
- JL 2B - 0 to 17 months
- JL 2A - 18 months and above
