JOB DESCRIPTION

Bharat Electronics Limited, India’s premier Navaratna Defence Electronics Company requires Deputy Engineers in E-II grade in the pay scale of 16400-3%-40500+admissible allowances on Fixed term basis for a period of three years for its SCCS SBU of Ghaziabad unit.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

QUALIFICATION : 

• GEN/OBC candidates with First Class in BE/B.TECH Degree or equivalent in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/Telecommunication from AICTE approved Colleges/Institute or a recognized University. 
• SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum pass marks obtained in Engineering for above mentioned discipline are eligible to apply.

AGE : 

• Upper age as on 01.03.2014 is as follows :
• General -25 years
• OBC-28 years
• SC/ST-30 years
• PWD-5 years relaxation over & above the relaxation admissible for that category. 
• ESM- as per Government guidelines.

JOB SPECIFICATION : 

It includes installation, commissioning, testing of Radios, Telecom, Power equipments, RF, Tower, antenna erection, project management, logistics in Satcom and Cellular Communication networks in various locations / project sites in India including J&K and North East states. Presently posts are in Ghaziabad/ Srinagar / Kupwara / Leh / North East area. However candidates may be posted in other areas as per the requirement from time to time.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview.

• Candidates are required to produce all original certificates (SSLC Marks Card, Semester wise marks cards of BE/B.TECH and Degree certificate, caste certificate/Disability certificate (in the prescribed format)), a copy of each and a recent passport size colour photograph, on the day of Written test/interview.
• Any correspondence with the candidates will be through e-mail only as provided by the candidates in the application. 
• BEL is not responsible for any problem related to e-mail correspondence.
• Candidates employed in Govt./ Quasi-Govt. and Public Sector Undertakings will be required to apply through proper channel or produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview, without which they will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

Job Title : DEPUTY ENGINEER

Qualification :

• M.E / M.TECH – in Microwave Engineering from a reputed college. Aggregate marks of Minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA for General & OBC candidates and 60% or equivalent CGPA for ST candidates.
• Candidates who are in final semester may also apply. However they should have secured 70% or equivalent CGPA for General & OBC candidates and 60% or equivalent CGPA for ST upto 3rd Semester.

Age : 

• 27 years for General candidates, 
• 30 years for OBC, 
• 32 years for ST / PWD 

as on 01.05.2013.

Job Description :

Bharat Electronics Ltd., a Navratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company requires outstanding professionals in the field of Microwave Engineering for its Central D&E division located in BANGALORE Complex.

The job involves design, development, evaluation and documentation for manufacturing microwave modules, sub-systems and super components for use in Radar, Communication and Electronic Warfare areas.

The design process would involve design, simulation and optimization. The work would typically involve design of Power amplifiers, Low noise Amplifiers, Filters in various configurations using lumped and distributed topologies, Frequency sources, Frequency converters, Antenna elements and Supercomponents such as Wideband receivers

Mode of Selection :

Selection will be through a written test, followed by an interview of short listed candidates based on their performance in the written test.
