Job Description :

• Develop individual category expertise in processes and domain. Associate should become experts for those categories assigned (products).
• Ensure that all the feedback, learning’s from the home office are documented and applied to the categories to improve accuracy
• SOP Adherence
• To take ownership of all the assigned categories to be the SPOC for your home office to resolve delivery issues (ownership)
• Accountable for the quality and accuracy of your categories.
• Ensure that the delivery target is met.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Graduate with Average Communication Skills
• Flexible to work in rotation shifts (9 AM – 6 PM & 6 PM – 3 AM)
• One Side cab Facility
• Post Graduation not required.
• Medium proficiency in MS Office
