JOB DESCRIPTION
Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRDA) is a statutory body formed under an Act of the Parliament.The Authority proposes to fill up the following vacancies as Officers on Special Duty (OSD) through deputation of Officers from PSU Insurers/Financial Regulators/Central Government as detailed below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

| Junior Officer -Technical | Graduate and Associate of Insurance Institute of India or equivalent OR pass in four subjects of Institute of Actuaries of India |
| Junior Officer – IT | B.Tech (IT) or Computer Technology or BCA |
| Junior Officer -Stenography | Graduate and qualifications or experience in stenography |
| Assistant Director -Technical | Graduate and Fellow of Insurance Institute of India or equivalent OR pass in 5 subjects of Institute of Actuaries of India. |
| Assistant Director – IT | B. Tech (IT) or Computer Technology or MCA or Masters in IT from a recognized university |
| Assistant Director -R&D | M Sc Statistics/M. Stat or equivalent |
| Assistant Director -Legal | LLB |
| Assistant Director -Stenography | Graduate and qualifications or experience in stenography |
| Sr. Assistant Director – Technical | Graduate and Fellow of Insurance Institute of India or equivalent OR pass in 7 subjects of Institute of Actuaries of India. |
| Deputy Director – IT | B. Tech (IT) or Computer Technology or MCA or Masters in IT from a recognized university. |
