- Composes routine correspondence including e-mail and faxes.
- Organizes and maintains file system filing correspondence and other records.
- Answer supervisor's telephone calls and arranges conference calls.
- Coordinates supervisor's schedule and makes appointments.
- Greets visitors and directs to appropriate area or person.
- Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
- Compiles statistical reports.
- Coordinates meetings, reserves and prepares facilities and may record and transcribe minutes.
- Copies correspondences and other printed materials.
- Prepares outgoing mail.
- Orders and maintains supplies.
- Arranges for equipment maintenance.
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; entry level position for those incumbents without experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other software as required by division.
- Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
