Job Description:
-Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers.-Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers.-Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.-Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.-Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.-Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.-Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.-Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.-Candidate should be OK to sign a service agreement for 2 years.Desired Profile :
- Candidates must be fluent in Spoken English.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills & written English can also apply.
- Candidate must be OK with night shifts.
- Candidates with technical knowledge or technical experience can apply.
- Candidates should be ok to sign a service agreement for 2 years.
