Basic Requirements :
Candidates should be from IT background (BE, MCM, BSC IT, MSC, MCA)
Candidates should be from Western Suburbs preferably with a family in Mumbai and having a permanent residence in Mumbai.
Candidates should have cleared their graduation preferably in first attempt or max in 2 attempts.
Candidates should have good English knowledge.
Fresher or candidates up to 2 years work experience willing to join as Interns.
Willing to learn Progress/QAD products.
Certification in OCP or Red Hat or Solaris or any operating system or RDBMS administration certification is must.
Role:
Provide technical support to QAD products.
Provide 24*7 support to the customer (should be ready to work shifts including night shift)
Initial class room training & on job training will be provided on QAD processes and products.
Will work on On Demand & On Premise products.
Work on assigned technical support incidents related to core products except system down and critical issues for the first 6 months and later on assigned system down and critical issues too under the supervision of a senior resource.
Alert monitoring (sev2, 3) Maintenance activity, documentation of Root Cause Analysis & procedures.
Salary : 15000 for 6 months
After Internship : CTC: 2.58 lacs per annum.
