Ruby on Rails Developers

• We are looking for Geeks (both freshers and experienced engineers) to work on our challenging engagements that are executed using technologies like Ruby on Rails, Node.js, jQuery, jRuby, TorqueBox, MySQL, couchDB, HAML, SASS, SCSS, RSpec, Capybara, TDD, CI, git, mercurial, heroku etc.
• Coding and technology should be your passion.

Must Have Skills :

• Excellent hands on experience in C and C++ programming.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.
• Basic knowledge of web based programming, HTML, CSS and javascript.
• Sound knowledge of relational database concepts.
• You love to code and innovate. Passionate and crazy about technology.

• Collaborative, team player and quality conscious.

Good To Have Skills :

• Exposure in developing Web based applications using technologies like Ruby on Rails or Java or PHP or any other Open Source technologies.
• Knowledge of MySQL or Oracle and database design, modeling, performance engineering etc.
• Knowledge of jQuery, CSS, HAML, SASS, SCSS.
• Ready to work on complicated and challenging requirements.
• Knowledge of test driven development, continuous integration using hudson, jenkins or cruise control, automation testing etc.
• Experience using any source control system like GitHub, Mercurial, SVN with knowledge of branching/merging.
• Exposure to cloud deployment on Amazon or Heroku.
• Exposure in mobile application development using XCode, Cocoa, Objective-C and/or Android.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Sinatra, Rack, Ruby internals, Rails internals etc.
• Inclination to develop your own gems.

Testing Engineers

• We are looking for extremely good "manual, automation and performance testers" (both freshers and experienced) to work on web and mobile based applications.
• Testing, finding bugs and issues in software applications should be your passion.
• You should be able to go right upto the edge and find out where the issues are and report it.

Must Have Skills :

• Sound experience in Selenium 1.0, 2.0 frameworks, IDE/RC/Webdriver with Java Programming.
• Sound experience in writing, building and maintaining selenium suites and automation frameworks.
• Good ability to follow and write test cases, test scenarios and test plans.
• Should have experience in Unit testing/Junit, blackbox testing, whitebox testing, etc.
• Good understanding of development and testing methodologies.
• Good ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured defects and bug reports.
• Experience in defect management processes using tools like QC, Jira, etc.
• Expertise in Unix and SQL and exposure to Manual testing.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Good To Have Skills :

• Experience in mobile application functional testing with tools like FoneMonkey, EggPlant, etc.
• Exposure to performance testing with tools like Jmeter, OpenSTA, LoadRunner, etc.
• Understanding of security testing concepts and acquaintance with tools like IBM AppScan, NTOSpider, etc.
• Experience with any of the scripting languages like vbScript, JavaScript, Perl, Python, etc.
