Job Description :
1. Responsible for organizing the event in Bank, Mall as well as in corporate company.2. Promote Company Vehicle and Car loan to generate the leads.
3. Responsible for converting the leads into appointments through telecalling.
4. Handling All Activities Regarding Sales, Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Customer Relation Management And Maximizing Revenue.
5. Ensuring Customer Business Requirement, Made Profile Of Clientele, Customized Product Features And Pricing Parameters To Suit Their Requirements; Answering Inquiry, Questions & Complaints Of Clients In Order To Keep Revenue Generation Of The Division.
6. Effective Customer Relationship Management Through Satisfactory Customer Service, Timely Resolution Of Customer Queries & Avoiding Escalations To Senior Management
