Job Title : Online Business Development Manager (BDM)

Qualification : BE / BTECH with MBA is preferred

Job Description :
- You will be responsible for Cold Calling, lead generation and will be responsible for converting leads into Business.
- Build confidence and goodwill with potential customers.
- You will understand the needs of the customers and articulate the ability of the company to meet the clients' needs with products or services.
- The role is to add IT clients and turn their requirements into revenues for the company.
- Lead Generation through cold calling , Market research and database building
- Gather new business prospect and meeting the needs of the clients
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with new customers.
- Must have skills include analyzing work flows, evaluate systems and formulate plans.
- Also will be required to recommend strategies and communicate the desires of clients to other members of newly acquired Client Services team to ensure understanding of the clients' challenges and goals.
Desired Profile :
- You must be an Engineering graduate with a Master’s Degree/Diploma in Management is preferred
- 0-2 Yrs of experience handling business development in IT industry
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) both in USA and UK
- Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
- Must have intangibles sales experience.
- High Energy and hungry for success.
- Be accountable for revenue targets.
- Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project.
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
- Should be willing to work in night shifts.
- Fresher’s with excellent communication skills
