Age Limit : 

• Candidates age should not below 18 years and should not above 35 years as on 01-07-2013 and who have already applied in pursuance of earlier notification shall be considered as on 22-12-2011. 
• Age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST/ BC candidates.

Educational Qualification : 

Candidates must possess S.S.L.C/ S.S.C/ 10th Class with I.T.I qualification in Electrical Trade/ Wireman trade or Intermediate vocational course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wiring & Contracting (EWC) on par with Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Board.

Selection Process : 

Candidates will be selected based on performance in Meter Reading Test, Cycling Test followed by Pole Climbing Test and Marks Secured in 10th Class and I.T.I or Intermediate vocational course.

APEPDCL Junior Assistant Recruitment Notification 2014 for 146 posts

JOB DESCRIPTION

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up of the posts of Junior Assistant (LDC)–146 Nos (Including arleady notified vacancies) on Regular basis.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for APEPDCL Junior Assistant Recruitment 2014 in the prescribed format through online mode from 03.03.2014 to 01.04.2014 by 01.00 pm. Candidates can also be able to view the details pertaining to the above recruitment like age, qualification, how to apply, selection procedure, etc, through the official website.

Note :

This is in addition to the earlier Advertisement No. 109, dt. 21-12-2011 published on 22-12-2011 in Eenadu & Hindu for recruitment to the post of Junior Lineman.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Age Limit :

Age not below 18 years and not above 36 years as on 01.07.2013

Relaxation in upper age limit permissible upto 5 years for SC/ST/BC candidates and upto 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates and Ex-Servicemen 3 years and length of service rendered in the armed forces

Note :

The age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen is applicable for those who have been released from Armed Forces, otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency. 

Educational Qualification :

• Must hold the degree of B.A or B.Com., or B.Sc of any recognized university in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act (or) any equivalent qualification and
• Must have passed certificate course in Computer Application/Office Automation (MS-Office offered by the Institutions recognized by the Govt. of A.P).

Note : 

Candidates possessing one of the subjects as Computer in the Degree(B.A/B.Com/B.Sc) need not require to have certificate in Computer course.

Scale of Pay :

Rs. 10520-325-12145-400-14145-485-16570-590-19520/-

APPLICATION FEE

1. Each applicant must pay Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and Fifty Only) towards Application Processing Fee (including SC/ST/BC/PH)
2. Applicants under General category must also pay Rs.350/- (Three Hundred and Fifty ONLY) towards Examination Fee in addition to the Application Processing Fee of Rs. 150/- (Total Rs. 500/-).
3. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC Communities and PH need not pay Examination fee of Rs. 350/-.
4. Candidates belonging to States other than Andhra Pradesh will be considered as Non-Local in General category only, and are required to pay the above-prescribed fee (Rs. 150/- + Rs.350/-= Total Rs. 500/-)
