• Good English communication (oral and written)
• Ready to work in 24x7 environments

Job Description :

Persistent is Looking for Application Support Team Lead, Major responsibilities are to manage day to day operations for application support team, make strategic planning for the support department and keep the production infrastructure available all the time with defined SLA.

Application Support

Must:

• Hands on experience on Windows server 2003 and 2008.
• Hands on experience on VMware ESX virtualization environment.
• Leading a team of min 4 technical engineers.
• Experience in managing SaaS based / Remote infrastructure.
• Good exposure to product deployment with software / Hardware and Application level load balancing and clustering in Production Environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in Product Build and Release Management.
• Managing the deployments of products on Appian Platform is preferred.
• Experience in Operation Support for multiple customer accounts for PLM based software is Preferred.
