Job Responsibilities :

• Handling local support calls.
• Conduct dealer engineers training of respective areas. Coordinating with core support team for faster solution.
• He will be also responsible for giving pre sales demo of UTM product and corporate products in coordination with sales team.
• May require to give technical presentations on pubic platforms as and when required.

Candidate Profile :

• Excellent Communication skills, both written & oral
• Good Presentation Skills.
• Should be able to handle team of engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Operating systems & Networking is must.
