BHEL notification for Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders

BHEL, Bhopal one of the Manufacturing Units of BHEL, a Maharatna Company requires Engineering

Graduates (B.E./B.Tech.) and Diploma holders of MP Domicile, to be engaged as Apprentices for a period of 01 year, as per Apprentices Act (Amended) 1986 :

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./ B.Tech.) in Engineering for Graduate Apprentice in the relevant branch with Minimum aggregate of 70% marks for GEN/OBC and 60% marks for SC/ST from Institute / University recognized by AICTE.
2. Diploma in Engineering/ Office Management for Technician Apprentices in the relevant branch from Institute / University recognized by AICTE.

Note : 

1. Degree/Diploma acquired from Distance/ Correspondence education system is not eligible for the apprenticeship. There will be relaxation in minimum marks for wards of BHEL Employees (son/daughter/spouse).
2. Candidates who have passed B.E./B.Tech./ Diploma be fore January 2011 are not eligible for Apprentice training. Hence, such candidates need not to apply.
3. Candidates having 1 year post qualification experience or undergone Apprentices training for 1 year or more are not eligible to apply as per Apprentices Act.

1. Application submitted online will only be considered.

3. Candidates are advised to go through the ‘instructions for submission of online application” before filling the online application.
4. After submission of online application, copy of online acknowledgement slip along with attested copies of documents mentioned below shall be sent to :“Post Box No-35, Post office, Piplani, BHEL Piplani,Bhopal - 462022(M.P.)” so that it reaches by 16.11.2013
5. On Top of the envelope “Application for GGT/Diploma Apprentices 2013-14” should be written.

NTPC notification for freshers as EXECUTIVE TRAINEES Across India

Job Title : 

EXECUTIVE TRAINEES in discipline of Finance

QUALIFICATION : 

• CA / ICWA qualified candidates are eligible to apply. 
• Students who expect their final result by 01.09.2013 may also apply. 

SELECTION PROCESS : 

Eligible candidates will have to appear for All India based Online Selection Test. Based on the 

Merit and requirement; candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. All Short Listed candidates have to secure minimum qualifying marks in GD & interview.

ABOUT TEST : 

The All India ONLINE Test is scheduled on 04.08.2013 The test can be taken in Hindi or English. Candidates will have to give their choice for appearing in Hindi or English at the time 

of applying for the post, which cannot be changed subsequently. The test will be in two parts. 

Part-I will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions of finance. Part-II will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions on Executive Aptitude Test. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each 

wrong / multiple answered questions. The test will be of two hour duration. 

PROJECTED VACANCIES : Twenty seven (27) 

COMPENSATION PACKAGE : 

• NTPC Ltd. offers one of the best pay packages in the industry. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 at the basic pay of Rs. 24900/- during oneyear training. 
• These candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Officer in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 at a basic pay of Rs. 25650/-. 
• Besides basic pay candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances under cafeteria approach. 
• Benefits such as leave, medical treatment, Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time during training / after absorption. 

PLACEMENT : 

The selected candidates shall undergo one year training at various places. The region in which the selected candidates will be posted will be decided at the time of joining, however final place of posting in that region will be allocated after successful completion of training based on the performance during the training and requirement at each location. Candidates can be placed, across the country, at projects/ stations including joint ventures & subsidiary companies of NTPC. 

HOW TO APPLY : 

1. Eligible candidates have to apply through online registration system of NTPC only. To apply visit : www.ntpccareers.net with your valid E-mail ID. The site is functional from 1300 Hrs of 17.06.2013 to midnight of 08.07.2013
2. Candidate belonging to General/OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/-. The SC / ST / PH category candidate need not pay the registration fee. 
3. State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee, in a specially opened account (No. 30987919993) at CAG branch, New Delhi (Code: 09996), on behalf of NTPC. Candidate has to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” which is available on the application registration portal. The pay-in-slip printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch Code of the bank collecting the money. This journal number and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during online registration. NTPC will not be responsible, in case a candidate deposits the fee in wrong account. There will not be any other mode of payment of registration amount. 
4. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the registration fee. 
5. While applying Online, candidate should keep the scanned copy of their passport size colour photograph and their signature in JPEG format of not more than 500 KB size each. 
6. After applying online, candidate is required to download the registration slip generated by the system with unique registration number. Candidates are required to keep the printout of the Registration slip which will be required at the time of Group Discussion and Personal Interview if short listed for.
