• Should have 55% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
• 2013 pass outs only 

Note :

• Selected candidates will undergo best-in-class customized training program structured by Microland and conducted by Peoplelogic Business Solutions Pvt ltd
• For a period of 60 training days on topics like campus to corporate, Soft skills, Server administration, Virtualization using VMware, Networking, Messaging systems etc. 

Selection Process :

• Selection by Peoplelogic - Basic Aptitude, Tech fundamentals, Interview/GD
• Selection by Microland – Interview (Communication and Technical) and HR Interview
• Final Assessment by Microland after completion of training

Job Description :

• Maintains and troubleshoots hardware issues for laptop, desktop computers and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s). Arrange for repair and/or replacement of defective IT assets. Assists in general IT support functions, help desk, software support and network support
• Assists end users with their computing needs by resolving trouble tickets and fulfilling employee requests for application and system support
• Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software problems with desktop and laptop computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), printers, digital scanners, and other network equipment
• Coordinates installation of replacement equipment or pick-up of spare equipment when necessary
• Installs/uninstalls various software and upgrades equipment when necessary
• Maintains inventory of PC equipment with Asset Executive
• Assists in the documentation of network, software, disaster recovery and systems configurations
• Assists in all functions of IT supportJob Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai

Package : INR Rs. 1.35 Lakh per annum.

Joining : Within a week’s time after final selection.
