Job Description :
- Develop individual category expertise in processes and domain. Associate should become experts for those categories assigned (products).
- Ensure that all the feedback, learning’s from the home office are documented and applied to the categories to improve accuracy
- SOP Adherence
- To take ownership of all the assigned categories to be the SPOC for your home office to resolve delivery issues (ownership)
- Accountable for the quality and accuracy of your categories.
- Ensure that the delivery target is met.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate with Average Communication Skills
- Flexible to work in rotation shifts (9 AM – 6 PM & 6 PM – 3 AM)
- One Side cab Facility
- Post Graduation not required.
- Medium proficiency in MS Office
