Eligibility Criteria

  • 10 + Diploma (or 10 + 2 + Diploma).
  • Min. 60% throughout in their academics (i.e. 10th Standard Min. 60% (aggregate / average). Diploma (till date) Min. 60% (aggregate / average).
  • No history of backlogs in their Diploma (i.e. the respective eligible student should have cleared his / her all semester’s in first attempt ONLY).
  • No drop in any semester / year throughout course.
  • Age less than 22 years.

Salary Package :

CTC offered :
  • Rs 1.74 Lakh per annum (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile / Tool Design) and 
  • Rs 2 Lakh per annum (Electronics).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing Engg / Production Engineering/ Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing). PG diploma in tool design will be an advantage. Minimum knowledge in Electrical Engineering is desired.

Job summary :

Responsible for supporting manufacturing in the local plant regarding supplier quality & Fabrication Shop issues on purchased/ In-house fabricated material such as analyzing, driving and follow-up supplier’s & Fabrication Shop’s corrective actions

Job Content:

1. Roles: Quality Systems & Supply Quality Manager2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities
  • Road Machineries bought out & In-house Fabricated Parts
  • Excavators bought out & In-house Fabricated Parts
  • Ensure complete documentation as per PQAP requirements in the system through SD.
  • Inspect & approve the first piece of any new development
  • Inspect and approve the Pilot lot of any new development
  • Update the system records for First piece and pilot lot inspections
  • Make Critical Inspection sheet & Inspection plan for the components/ Structures
  • Attend Andon Calls from assembly line and fabrication shop
  • Drive MRB for immediate corrective measures
  • Raise NC Reports and 8D Reports for the repetitive problems from suppliers
  • Follow up for corrective actions from suppliers
  • Close Non-conformance & 8D Reports in the agreed duration
  • Upload rejections in SAP
  • Set targets for PPM of each individual supplier, based on his previous year’s performance
  • Make yearly plan for dimensional and weld audit of supplier supplied and Fabrication shop supplied components/ structures
  • Conduct the audits as per the plan
  • Raise non-conformance on the improvement areas observed during the audit
  • Follow up for corrective and preventive actions from the concerned agencies
  • Convene fortnightly audit observation follow up meeting to ensure the actions on the audit observations.
  • Read and understand Volvo drawings and specifications.
  • Use of appropriate measurement equipment.
  • Capable written English.
  • Able to communicate with suppliers on technical / quality issues and propose appropriate action plan.
  • Have basic knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and tolerances they can achieve
  • Should be thorough on APQP document requirements

3. Key Skills:

  • Good knowledge about ISO9001 system
