Job Description :
Developing web Applications using ASP.net, Dot Net, PHP, JavaScript, XML, XSL, Web services, DNN. SharePoint would be added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Priority will be given to candidates who can join earliest within 2/3 Weeks. Work Visa will be provided.
The candidates should have the following profile:
a. Minimum Experience (2-3 Years)
b. Experience in working with in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment.
c. Well versed with latest technologies, trends tools and methodologies.
d. Experience in developing web applications using ASP.Net, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, XSLT, Web Services, SQL , Nuke, Style Sheets CSS, Perl etc.
e. Web-based application development experience is a must.
f. Experience in development and management of enterprise level e-commerce sites including back-end systems integration
g. Design, develop and implement database interfaces using MySQL and Oracle technologies and support e-business development
h. Experience with complete application development life-cycle including requirements gathering, analysis and design, coding, testing and deployment.
i. Experience in leading and managing team of web designers and developers
j. Proven ability to build, motivate and manage teams effectively and meet the set objectives.
k. Microsoft certifications and qualifications in some or all of the following : Microsoft SQL 2005, 2008 ; Microsoft SharePoint server 2007 ; Microsoft SharePoint 2010
l. Experience of using standard database development methodologies
m. Experience working on multiple client projects at a time / Ability to multi-task
n. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o. Solid software engineering skills
p. Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen technical skills.
q. Desire and ability to work towards leading a team of 2-5 other application developers.
