HCL is hiring freshers for its US and UK process. Any graduate fresher can apply for this post through the Walk In drive. The no. of openings are 50. Further details are as follows :
Job Title : Associate/Senior Associate -(Technical)
Location : Noida
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Fresher (0 Years)
Skills Required :
- Strong command of English language, to communicate with clients ( Written and Verbal skills)
- Undergraduates with 6 months international BPO experience are also welcome
- Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
- BE/ B Tech with 6 months international bpo exp.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Freshers and Experienced can apply
Salary :
Upto Rs 3lacs pa + incentives + Cab facility + 5 days working
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for giving customer support on telephone.
- TSO- US Process- ISP based technical troubleshooting.
- CSE- US and UK process- Collections and customer service
