ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

Engineering Branches: Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate of 60% and above from class 10th onwards

SELECTION PROCESS :

You will be selected through a multi-stage process involving Grammar, Voice & Accent and Technical assessment. You need to be prepared in all these areas as our experts will evaluate you for these skills during the selection process. The Candidate has to undergo a 9 month residential Young Engineers Program training program :

• 6 Months of Classroom (1Month Technical Foundation + 5 Months Track Specific Training) 
• 3 Months of On the Job Training (OJT) with a Stipend of Rs.5000 per month in OJT

On successful completion of the Young Engineers Program candidate will get :-

• Employment as “Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee”
• Starting Salary – CTC of 2 Lacs per annum. To be increased up to higher levels on confirmation and subsequently based on performance
• Posting Location: 50% in NCR, 50% in Chennai (combination of student need + business need)
• Option of growing your careers either as a technical specialist or in the managerial line of growth
• Continuous Engagement, Development & Growth with Slocum
• Probation Period : 15 Months (after successful completion of training)
• Service Agreement : 18 Months (to be signed at the time of admission but effective after successful completion of training)
• In case of failure: the student will be given another chance to write the final examination and be declared successful for absorption
