Should receive inbound calls & Outbound calls
Should provide customer support over the phone
Should sell the products over the phone.
Should have knowledge about customer service.
Freshers will be trained first then source to the companies.
Salary:
INR 80,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. incentives, cab facility with food facility
Candidate Profile :
Should be interested to work in call centers.
should be ready to learn new things.
should work hard for 10 days in the training
should be ready to work for night shifts.
