Job Description :
1. Candidate should be good knowledge of IT product.
2. Good communication skill.
3. Responsible for customer satisfaction, review customer feedback and take corrective action.
4. Review daily, weekly and quarterly reports.
5. Responsible for productivity, maintaining AHT (Average Handle Time), ensuring SLA is met.
6. Instrumental in strategy planning for making All FMS sites a successful venture.
7. Issue Management and follow up for closure.
8. Coordinate with contractors/vendors, monitor progress of work, escalate delays, changes to the management.
9. Preparing Daily, Monthly and Quarterly call analysis report, Call Trend report, Hardware failure report and Equipment availability report of multiple sites.
10. Co-ordinate with Manager & Engineer"s for support.
