Excellent written and verbal communication.
Monitor end to end life cycle of ticketing and tracking Software/Hardware Dispatch .
Ready work in shifts.
Follow-up with internal teams.
Basic Computer Knowledge.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:


Education - Graduation or 12th or 10th
Excellent Communication Skills
Basic Technical skills
