Eligibility Criteria :
Asstt. Manager(HR):
- Graduate from a recognized University.
- Must possesses full time
- Two years post qualification experience of HR matters. two years Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HRD/Personal Management/ Industrial Relations from a Recognized University/ Institute.
Asstt. Manager(Finance):
- A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Qualified Cost & Works Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India/MBA(Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.
- 03 years post qualifications work experience connected with Finance/Accounts/Audit.
Scale of Pay :
Rs.19,000-39,100/- with Grade pay of Rs.5,400 with Central DA pattern and other allowances like House Rent/Accommodation/Conveyance Facility/Medical/LTC etc., as per rules of the Company.
Age limit :
- 28 years as on the last date of receipt of applications.
- Relaxable to Govt. Employees, SC/ST and OBCs as per rules of the Government.
Application Fee :
- General and OBC category candidates need to pay Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) by way of Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of Delhi Transco Limited, payable at New Delhi.
- SC/ST category candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
