• Openings are available for Day Shifts & Night Shifts (Day Shift timing - 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM & Night shift timing- 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM) [Please note that these are fixed shifts and we have no rotational shifts]
• Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
• No prior knowledge in finance / mortgages is required.
• Candidate must have good communication skills (both written & verbal) as well as good analytical skills.
• Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai & Central Suburbs will be preferred.
• Candidates from technical stream with highest education qualification as B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSc.IT/MCA/MSc.IT must not apply. CA's are also not eligible.

Qualification : Any graduate

Experience : 0 to 3 yrs

Roles and Responsibilities of BDE & Sr.BDE -

To generate leads and acquire customers for Liability Products

(Current Account and Saving Account) and meet Targets within the prescribed

KYC (Know your customer) guidelines.

To find prospect and meet potential customers.

Understand the Need of the customer and explain the products and features.

Complete the CIF, A/c opening application forms and obtain all relevant documents to facilitate KYC Norms

Ensure necessary verification about bona fides of customer. Viz., verification with original documents

Handover all documents (relating to completed a/cs) to Sales Manager by end of the day & to take the PGK for delivery to the customer and obtain due acknowledgement.

Job Description :

1. Owner Accountable for the day to day smooth & error free functioning of the functions / duties associated with Branch Operations, Customer Service, Branch Administration, Risk management and Audit / Compliance & Control framework for the Branch. 

2. Single Point of Contact for Key Clients having service requirements; for HO functions that require implementation of initiatives at branches; for HO functions seeking feedback, MIS, etc from the branch. 

3. Facilitator To ensure that all expectations that clients & colleagues have from the BSD team is delivered in a timely, accurate & reliable manner. 

4. Authorizer To approve / authorise variety of transactions, expenses, vouchers, etc. as per Delegated Authority with utmost diligence. 

5. Auditor & Controller To be the primary auditor & controller at the branch to the extent of reviewing, tracking, monitoring & self-auditing the various records in the branch are happening thereby ensuring that the branch is fully compliant with all rules, processes & guidelines of Bank & the Applicable Statutory Regulations.
