• Professional Knowledge : 75

Total : 200 Marks

Scores :

The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equipercentile method. Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for the purpose of calculations.

CUTOFF SCORE :

1. Mean – 3/4th of Standard Deviation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD categories
2. Mean – 1/4th of Standard Deviation for General Category
3. There will be a second level cutoff point on total as per requirement

INTERVIEW :

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination for CRPSPL-V will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and coordinated by the nodal banks with the help of IBPS. Interviews will be conducted at select centres. 

PROVISIONAL ALLOTMENT :

On completion of the interview process, depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2016-17 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations, based on merit-cum-preference keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, various guidelines issued by Govt. of India/Others from time to time, administrative exigency, etc. 

IDENTITY VERIFICATION :

• In the examination hall as well as at the time of interview, the call letter along with a photocopy of the candidate’s photo identity (bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter) such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer/ People’s Representative along with a photograph / Identity Card issued by a recognised college/ university/ Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID should be submitted to the invigilator for verification. The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the Examination/ interview. Ration Card and E-Aadhar card will not be accepted as valid id proof for this project.
• In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The next Online CWE for RRBs (RRBs (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in September 2014.

This system of Common Examination f for recruitment of Officers and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) has been approved by the Government of India, notified by NABARD and has the mandate of each of the RRBs.

IBPS, an autonomous body registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 and a Public Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, has been authorised to conduct the CWE, and the participating RRBs are as under:

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Qualification : 

• Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or its equivalent. 
• Proficiency in local language. 
• Knowledge of computer skills.

Officer Scale-I

Qualification : 

1. Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy; 
2. Proficiency in local language.
3.  Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)

Qualification : 

Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers)

1) Information Technology Officer

Qualification: Degree from a recognised university in Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

2) Chartered Accountant

Qualification: Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

3) Law Officer

Qualification: Degree from a recognised university in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

4) Treasury Manager

Qualification: Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognised university/ institution.

5) Marketing Officer

Qualification: MBA in Marketing from a recognised university.

6) Agricultural Officer

Qualification: Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognised university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Officer Scale-III

Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

• Candidates claiming fee concession should also enclose photocopy of the relevant category certificate, along with the paid Fee Challan.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

1. For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/OBC/UR category.
2. For Officer Scale-I : Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
