Job Description :
- Application’s Production environment's Operations Support woring on 24X7 rotational shifts
- Maintain application’s proactive monitoring to mitigate unplanned system downtime
- Drive application specific SLAs
- Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of technical & Functional issues across group of corportae Applications
- Coordinates with Solutions team, Data Quality and Production Control teams to plan issue resolution timelines and execute deliveries
- Create new users, user security and profiles
- Follow SDLC methodologies across all development activities involved with
- Open to various technologies
- Very Good Analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
