Job Description :

Providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

Mandatory Skills :

Role :

  • Creation of a detailed products catalogue containing all possible devices in a company to add/remove/update products at any time.
  • Optimization of existing desktops and provide the foundation services for emerging desktop virtualization technologies.

Expected CTC :

Selected candidates will be paid salary of Rs. 2,25,000 during first six months and Rs.2,64,000 after successful completion of six months training.
