Job Description:
CISCO ASA, JUNIPER, Fortigate Firewall
IDS/IPS, Proxies, Antivirus gateways, SMTP gateways.
Long term project - Minimum 1 year project
Defining policies (like Checkpoint, PIX, IDS and Virus walls)
Design and Implementation of Firewall, IDS, IPS, and Antivirus Systems.
Security Audit Design Security Architecture
In addition to the standard security management deliverables the following section deals with the deliverables that are specific to certain manufactures and devices. Wipro provides support on the following Security Devices like Firewall, IDS, Proxy, Conte
24X7 Monitoring of Security Devices.
Handling Security Devices Policy configurations requests.
Configuring VPN's (site to site and remote access).
Security Device Policy recommendations and fine tuning.
Sending security alerts and news letters on potential threats
Upgrading the Security Devices Software/flash image/Firewall OS
Security Log Monitoring.
Log Analysis
Security Devices configuration Backup
Security Device Log Management
Uploading vendor recommended patches
VLAN configurations.
Monitoring the Web filter application updates such as Current Version, Last update of PhishTrap Pattern, Virus Pattern, Spy ware pattern, Scan Engine, URL Filtering database.
Monitoring the spam message & taking proactive actions
Performing Virus/Engine/Spam Engine filter Updating.
Monitoring the Virus Infections and
HTTP/FTP scans policy management (like Add/delete/modify of URL's, file types, file size restrictions, ACL's etc.).
Sending Security News Letters and Alerts on Potential Threats.
Generating Reports like Device Availability, Log Analysis using ArcSight (with additional commercials), Firewall/IDS Traffic Analysis, Top Talkers, and Top Applications accessed, Deny/Reject/Accept Log Analysis, Top Firewall/IDS Connections analysis, A
Installation of security patches & bug fixes
System health checks for all security devices
Vulnerability scanning
Adhering and Implementing guidelines and policies (BS7799)
Defining Rules (like Checkpoint, PIX, IDS and Virus walls) in line with the security policy.
Responding to events and fixing vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure (like IDS, Checkpoint logs)
Proactive management and prevention of Email viruses / Spam (mail gateways)

Exclusions:
One time activities like Migration, Up gradation, New design, Consultation on architecture and IT Services are not part of the Standard Deliverables for the above Services.
