- Freshers graduated from Engineering colleges in the year 2013 to be recruited for the future ramp up requirements.
- Recruitment to be made through campus selection process.
- These candidates to undergo training for initial 6 months before deploying them into projects.
- They will be retained in resource pool during the training period.
