Administering people policies, related benefits and providing executive support'.
- To perform tasks as per process documentation (receive input and process to generate suitable output such as letters, calculations, update database as required)
- To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case
- To be involved in running service and process improvement projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organization
- To keep process documentation up to date and to ensure any changes are reviewed and authorized by the Process Lead / Team Leader
Line of Business :
US Retirement Plan (401k) Recordkeeping. We support clients in maintaining accounts, transaction & payroll processing, Compliance testing and other back end operations of retirement plans.
- Achieving the process defined SLAs and volume targets
- Strict adherence to non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality
- Taking active participation in process improvements and automation
- Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize report requests based on Turn Around Time
- Completing assigned responsibilities within timelines
